Amongst the sea of younger pop-R&B ‘divas’, Keys always seemed to stand out from the rest, or least, demand a certain kind of respect few would attribute to the likes of Rihanna or say, Jordin Sparks.
Sia
Sia takes crowd interaction to a whole new level. Whilst most artists opt for the general, “How is everyone feeling tonight?” and repetitive amounts of, “Thank you so much!” Australian-born Sia, a self-confessed heckler-lover, actually makes time to speak to individual fans in the crowd.
Armed with this knowledge, I prepared myself for an impromptu interview

Ghost Child is one of those rare books that grab you by the groin right from its prologue. Built around mystery and thrilling revelations, the multi-layered story is one that unravels like a ball of yarn, taking the reader into unsuspected places whilst all the while terrorising one’s curiosity.
The novel is based on the

If the rehearsed public reading of Michael Gurr’s new screenplay, Mercy, is anything to go by, then all signs point to ‘do watch’.
Made up of several different storylines, the play is a rich and in depth exploration of the idea of mercy. Characters include a retired judge, a budding barrister, two criminals, a murderer, a widow,

Amanda Blank is a charming chatterbox. When ITM catches up with her, she’s on the road, in the “middle of nowhere America” touring and promoting her new album with the Spank Rock DJs and indie-rock duo Matt and Kim. In many ways, Blank’s personality is ostensibly contrasting. The final quarter of the year can only mean one thing: summer is upon us, and ‘tis a season to be ‘artified’.
Rather than call itself a festival, Anode is described as a ‘Season of Art’, and for good reason too. Taking place from the 30th of October to the 5th of December in
